Chief Technicians are involved in a variety of exciting projects in Fingal County Council, leveraging their skills in GIS mapping and web map publishing, architectural drawings, desktop publishing, site surveying, ESRI Mapping Software, Autodesk Products, ADOBE Publishing Suite and more.
